Granny and Grandad Oliver

During the past month Brian has lost both of his grandparents. Brian's grandad had been sick for a long time but with in the last few months granny's health had declined. She was still insistent on taking care of grandad even in her hospital bed. They were very dependent on each other.

We spent Sunday night looking through boxes of pictures that Brian's mom found at their house. We found several pictures of much happier times for them enjoying themselves with friends and a lot times with Brian and Barry. I did find some pictures of Brian with his grandparents that I will post later.

Below are a couple of pictures of granny and grandad with Parker. They loved both Brody and Parker and even in their not so good moments the boys were the one thing that would bring a smile to their faces.

It gives us comfort to know that they are together again in a much happier place with no more pain.

Thanks to everyone for their calls, emails and wonderful food during this time for the Wesson family. It is appreciated more than words can express.
