May-June Update 1 of 2

Sorry for the long overdue update but we have been very busy. So before I head back to work next week I thought I would update the blog.

At the end of May we moved into our new house that we have building since January. We are so excited to finally been in our home and no longer in a rental house. It immediately felt like home when we moved in.

We had a few snags with the moves not being scheduled but we ended up getting moved anyway. Mammy and Poppa took Parker and Brenna to Mike and Rachel's house for the day so we could move. Mike and Poppa took Parker fishing for the first time and he caught a fish(sorry no pictures dad will have to post those on fb). Thank you Mammy and Poppa for taking the kids so we could move and not have to worry about them. The next weekend GG and Poppa came up and watched the kids so we could continue to unpack. We are so thankful for both sets of grandparents help and we were able to get settled very quickly. Below is a picture of our new house.

Two weeks after we moved in we took a family vacation trip to Florida. See below post for that update.

Below you will see why we can't grow any grass in our yard. We have a family of wild turkeys that are eating all of our grass seed!

As you can see below even if we had a fence up it would not keep the turkey family away!
